Quatuor Bela and Noemi Boutin
Great defenders of contemporary music, the Béla Quartet and Noémi Boutin join forces to create Sur vestiges by Franco-Argentinean composer Daniel D'Adamo. The Quintet with two cellos has been designed as a preamble to the twilight Quintet in C by Schubert, with such powerful lyricism.
Around the tragic theme of the girl and the water, Daniel D'Adamo wanted to "compose like one who picks up the vestiges of a forgotten work, observes them and recycles them with the constraints of his time".
The Béla Quartet represents still water, a mirror of the beauty of the young woman who gets drunk on her own reflection, embodied by the cello by Noémi Boutin.
