經典專輯20週年紀念發行

  1990年初期工業金屬搖滾名團九吋釘吉他手Richard Patrick，在樂團成名後，對於音樂的堅持認為必須不斷有新創意，才能在人才濟濟的市場上獲得認同。於是他毅然決然地離開事業正如日中天的九吋釘另起爐灶，過濾器合唱團就在他規劃下以音樂包容性更大的格局，1995年推出首張專輯“Short Bus”。狂野的音樂本性以及保有先前的工業金屬搖滾力道，同時更加入龐克搖滾等不同音樂風格，成功地讓他跨出既有的音樂藩籬，朝向更多元的音樂理念。

  接著準備第二張專輯時，音團員理念不合，樂團換血再加入Frank Cavanagh(貝斯手)、Steven Gillis(鼓手)及Geno Lenardo(吉它手)三位新血，成為一個完整的四人樂團，1999年推出大熱門專輯“締造紀錄”(Title Of Record)，獲得全美著名另類搖滾雜誌A.P.滿分推崇，此外All Music Guide也給予4顆星的高度評價。專輯狂銷80萬張之外，還晉昇到告示牌雜誌第30名的熱門專輯排行成績。專輯中一曲”Take A Picture”就橫跨五個單曲排行榜前12名，其中還榮獲舞曲排行榜冠軍寶座。這專輯可說是搖滾樂團的極限之作。

  這次專輯20週年紀念發行，特別把當時日本與德國發行多收的四首歌納入。另外還加上”Take A Picture”與”The Best Things”的Remix版本，共15首樂曲，讓樂迷一次聽好聽滿。

This is the 20th anniversary reissue of Filter's platinum-selling, sophomore album Title of Record.  The album has been remastered and will be available on vinyl for the very first time.  All formats feature four bonus tracks: "(Can't You) Trip Like I Do" (originally recorded for the cult-classic soundtrack Spawn The Album),  "Jurassitol" (previously released on The Crow: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), plus alternative mixes of the singles "The Best Things (Humble Brothers Remix)" and a H&H remix of the album's hit "Take a Picture".  Both the two-LP set and CD feature new liner notes by author, journalist, and Side Jams podcast host Bryan Reesman
